Singer Scientific's dual-vault architecture deploys two fully independent radiation vaults operating simultaneously — one dedicated E-Beam vault and one dedicated X-Ray vault. No queuing. No scheduling conflicts. Immediate surge capacity.

Powered by the IBA Rhodotron TT-1000 — 560 kW, 7 MeV — the highest-power commercial E-Beam/X-Ray platform available. Full FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, ISO 11137 process validation, and complete dosimetry tracking on every production run.

Green by Design — Waste Heat Recovery

Singer Scientific's sterilization systems generate approximately 50,811 MMBtu per year of recoverable waste heat — energy that most facilities simply reject through conventional cooling towers. We have engineered a closed-loop district heat recovery system to put that energy to work.

The campus heat loop is designed as an open-access infrastructure — available for other businesses and tenants on the campus to connect to, reducing their energy costs and carbon footprint simultaneously. As the campus grows, so does the network of sustainable energy users.
